The Salvation Army Little Pine Island Camp

The Salvation Army’s Little Pine Island Camp & Retreat Center is one of the Army’s earliest outreach programs in Kent County. For more than 80 years, Little Pine Island Camp has built a solid reputation for ministering to the mind, body and spirit of thousands of campers. Regardless of race, age, social and economic background, camp changes kids- and adults too!

The Salvation Army Turning Point Programs

The Salvation Army’s Turning Point Programs is a refuge for West Michigan residents who desire to overcome active alcohol and drug addictions. Through Turning Point Programs’ skilled counselors and peer support specialists, individuals are offered sub-acute medical detoxification, mental health services, inpatient addiction treatment, outpatient services and spiritual recovery for holistic health and wellness.

The Salvation Army Booth Family Services

The Salvation Army’s Booth Family Services is the social services component of our programs and services offerings in Grand Rapids, offering several comprehensive programs to assist low-income individuals and families in our community through three service components: Children and Youth Services, Emergency Food and Utility Services and Housing Services.
